Such a disruptive technology!  One of the big casualties will be China.  All those factories making cheap plastic stuff - who will need those?  It will be the designers who will be rewarded, not the manufacturers.

Yet another case where the middleman is going to be cut out. The designer and the consumer can communicate directly without a some factory needing big infusions of capital in between them.

Watching the reports of various anti-aging research, it does seem possible that a "cure" for aging might be discovered before I would normally die. In some ways, this would make my life make more sense at this point. I would happily take this cure and move on to a second career as an academic or researcher. I can see now that is what I would always have been happier doing. It's sort of late at 60 otherwise. So, I am rooting for you guys researching this. I would pay whatever it cost and then work another 100 years.
